At eleme, we want your self-care to arrive safely, swiftly, and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India using our trusted delivery partners: Delhivery, Bluedart, and E-kart.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Metros & Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote areas: 6–9 business days
Please note: These are standard estimates. Delivery may be delayed due to high volume during sales, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹600

A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to prepaid orders below ₹600
-
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at ₹100 extra, where serviceable
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time from your My Account > Orders section on eleme.in.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you miss all attempts or provide an incomplete address, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Packaging & Safety
We use secure, tamper-evident, and eco-conscious packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition — every single time.
8. Address Errors
Please ensure your address and pin code are accurate at checkout. eleme is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
