elemé Refund & Exchange Policy

At elemé, we aim to deliver the best products and services, blending lifestyle and care. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here is everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policy:

Easy Exchanges (within 7 days)

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened items. Once opened, our products cannot be resold or repackaged, ensuring fairness to all our customers.

When Exchanges Are Accepted

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Packaging: The product is unused, and the seal is intact.

  • Damaged on Arrival: The product was delivered in physically damaged condition.

  • Missing Accessories: If accessories are missing, we will send them via mail. No refund or return will be initiated.

Reporting Issues

For damages during delivery or leakage:

  1. Email us at customercare@eleme.in with product images and the batch number.

  2. Report shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will conduct a quality check within 48-72 hours. If the product passes the inspection, the exchange process will begin. Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for:

  • Products returned due to unopened packaging or damage during delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the product is returned and inspected.

Note: Refunds due to a change of mind will not include shipping costs, if applicable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after days from delivery.

Fair Use Policy

We monitor return activity to prevent misuse. If we identify unusual patterns, we may:

  • Suspend your account temporarily.

  • Contact you to review your return activity.

If your account is suspended and you need assistance, reach out to our customer care team.

Eleme Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or exchanges and may refuse a request if an order is deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
